🗓 WHAT DAY DOES 28 DAYS OF BOD SQUAD START?
Whenever you want it to, babe! Once you sign up, you'll have access to a pool of our exercise fundamentals (everything you need to know about form and technique to get your sweat sesh on, safely), warm up videos (the videos you'll need to warm up!), stretch videos (to cool down and stretch it out). After that, you'll be drip-fed a new workout, daily.
⏰ Can I really train from anywhere?
Yep, all you need is a device that can connect to the internet and you can get the signature Bod Squad experience, from anywhere in the world.
👩🏼💻 What happens after the 28 days? Do I still have access?
You'll be able to access the platform for 40 days to work your way through the 28 #werkouts. Why do we limit access? Accountability, girlfriend. We want you to stay on track, motivate you to finish and hit your goals! If you want to do the program again once you've finished (maybe you did the beginner option to begin with, and want to challenge yourself with the advanced option), email us and we'll send you a 50% off code to do the program again.
🏋♂ Do I need equipment?
Nope! All workouts are equipment-free, bodyweight.
Once you sign up, you'll receive a log in link. From there, you can save us to your homescreen and access the platform like an app!

No two workouts will be the same. We promise to deliver you the best workout we can every single day – and like to keep you on your toes!

Bod Squad is suitable for all fitness levels – this online program is tailored for beginners to advanced. That means that if you haven’t done any exercise for 10 years, you’re going to be okay. We've designed a program that is suited to wherever you are on your fitness journey. Haven’t worn sneakers for 5 years? We’ve got you.
👵🏼 AM I TOO OLD?
Never! You can transform your body and mind at any age. Remember to only do what you can do: if you can’t do an exercise, you can follow along to our low-impact option, just march it out until you feel comfortable. If you’re concerned, have a chat with your doctor before committing.
🤰🏼 I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION/AM INJURED/PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING. CAN I STILL JOIN 28 DAYS OF BOD SQUAD?
If you’re pregnant, diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, please consult your doctor or professional healthcare provider before starting the challenge. Each training session includes modifications for each exercise, so you can work at the intensity that suits you best.
